Anne Bramman enjoys helping organizations find clarity in moments of change and build leadership that lasts. She is the former Chief Financial Officer of Nordstrom and has spent her career in roles that brought together strategy, transformation, and people development across consumer, retail, analytics, and global manufacturing companies.
Today, Anne serves on the Boards of McCormick & Company, where she is Audit Committee Chair, and Morningstar, Inc. She also advises clients and works as an executive coach with Boston Consulting Group, supporting leaders as they step into new responsibilities and guide their organizations through complexity.
Earlier in her career, Anne held CFO and operational roles at Avery Dennison, Carnival Cruise Line, and L Brands. At Nordstrom, she helped lead the company through a period of accelerated digital and financial modernization. Most recently, she served as CFO and Chief Growth Officer of Circana, helping shape merger integration and strategic readiness for a leading consumer analytics platform.
Anne is known for her authenticity, calm presence, and ability to bring order to challenging situations. She is a committed endurance athlete and triathlete who finds energy in long rides, long runs, and the rhythm and discipline of training.
She holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University. Anne is a CPA (inactive) and lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with her husband, Scott Davis.
