Tracey Brophy Warson is a Strategic Advisor & Board Member to private & public companies in AI, Wealth Management, a Tech Enabled Art Platform and other innovative companies. She has 36 years of experience building businesses in financial services. As CEO of Citi Private Bank, North America she grew the business in revenues substantially and oversaw over $230bn in client assets. Tracey was named Chair of Citi Private Bank North America in 2019. Additionally, Tracey was the Co-chair of Citi Women, Citi’s global strategy to focus on the advancement of women as leaders and business drivers. She led the firm’s progress in pay equity, representation slates, and in having Citi sign the Women’s Empowerment Principles of the United Nations.
Before joining Citi in 2010, Tracey was a Division Executive for US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management where she built and ran the western region. Prior to joining US Trust, she was Executive Vice President of Private Client Services at Wells Fargo Private Bank, and previously was Executive Vice President for Wells Fargo’s Trading and Sales business.
Tracey has been recognized for many years by the American Banker as one of the top “25 Most Powerful Women in Finance.” The Financial Times recognized Tracey as an “FTHero” in their ranking of Top 100 executives globally who support women in business.
Tracey earned her BA in Business Administration and French from the University of Minnesota. She also completed a fellowship at the Université de Tours, in Tours, France.
