Leadership Advisor, Founder, and Sommelier

Lisa Mroz
Lisa Mroz is a leadership advisor, sommelier, and lifelong student of how people, systems, and cultures evolve. A dual US/Italian citizen, she has spent years traveling – often by bicycle – through many of the world’s major wine regions, studying, teaching, and learning from winemakers, communities, and the cultural traditions that shape how people live and gather.

Lisa is the founder and principal of a boutique consulting firm advising Fortune 100 companies, high-growth startups, and nonprofit organizations on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and large-scale change. Known for her systems thinking and ability to navigate complexity, she partners with senior leaders to drive alignment, guide organizations through critical transitions, and translate strategy into meaningful, sustained action.

Alongside her consulting work, Lisa is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and holds an Honors Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). She earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Her interests center on the human themes that shape how we live and lead: how people change their minds, how perspective expands across cultures, and how individuals find meaning in new chapters. She is particularly committed to advancing women’s equity and expanding access to education for girls globally.

Building on these interests, Lisa continues to explore how to bring these threads together—integrating leadership, learning, and lived experience into a purposeful, unconventional next chapter.
