Former CEO and Director
Menlo Park, CA
Anne Morrissey was a serial CEO with a distinguished track record of building successful Medical Device companies through developing and leading high impact teams. She has served companies of all sizes but has a gift for bringing structure to the chaos of early-stage innovation with a focus on making the world a better place.
Anne is deeply committed to advancing women’s healthcare and to delivering top quartile investor returns. As Board Chair and CEO of Alydia Health, she transformed this struggling startup into a commercially ready, scalable company addressing postpartum hemorrhage, the leading cause of maternal mortality (acquired by Organon, 2021). Most recently, Anne served as CEO and Director of May Health, SAS, where her team advanced the development of the first treatment for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Collectively, Anne and her teams have generated over $900M+ in returns.
In addition to her CEO roles, Anne serves as a Board Director to public, private and non-profit organizations and is a trusted advisor to high potential CEOs.
Outside of these pursuits, Anne can be found enjoying the company of her three amazing children, trying to catch her elite runner husband while walking her Aussiedoodle, or trying to improve at improv.
Anne earned a BA in History at Willamette University and has completed executive education at Stanford Law School’s Director’s College, Stanford Business School’s Director’s Consortium and NYU Stern’s Becoming You Training and Certification Program.
