Adlet Yerkinbayev is a corporate lawyer based in Almaty, Kazakhstan with over twenty years of legal practice focusing on corporate and finance law. Adlet began his career at a major international law firm and later joined Kinstellar, where he co-founded and helped build the firm’s Kazakhstan office into one of the country’s leading corporate and finance practices, as recognized by major international legal directories. He advises leading Kazakhstan-based entrepreneurs and corporations on complex cross-border transactions, financing, and strategic matters.
Adlet is authorized to practice law in Kazakhstan and in the State of New York. He holds a degree in International Law from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School.
