Rosiane Pecora has over 30 years of experience in wealth management, advising Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families on investment structures and their portfolios. She works at Credit Suisse, where she is a Managing Director and is responsible for Business Development for International Clients and for UHNW clients.

Rosiane joined Credit Suisse in 1998, at the time of the acquisition of Banco de Investimentos Garantia, where she began working in 1991. She also has a long and prolific involvement with Brazil’s nonprofit sector.

She currently serves on the board of the ICSHG, Credit Suisse Brazil’s main social investment foundation. The foundation focuses on allocating its resources to reputable and well-managed organizations, with projects that have a good cost-benefit ratio, scalability and efficient parameters for measuring results.

She also serves as a board member at Fundação Bienal de São Paulo. Lastly, Rosiane is a Board Member of Instituto Semear, an organization with the goal of reducing university dropout rates by providing scholarships and mentorships to at-risk students.

Rosiane is a mentor for young leaders and a member of the fundraising committee at Fundação Estudar, a nonprofit organization that has 30 years of experience working in the development of transformative leaders in Brazil.

She served for ten years as Chairperson of Instituto ProA, a nonprofit organization that gives complementary education and work opportunities to underprivileged students.

Rosiane completed her studies in law at the University of São Paulo (USP).She has two sons who attended Stanford and the University of Chicago.
