Sarah Hagemann is a passionate Senior Manager acting as the “right-hand woman” to the Chief Executive Officer and owner of a leading investment holding company, Armira, Munich, Germany.
Prior to her time at Armira, Sarah acquired multi-facetted skills and experience in highly professional and dynamic environments: apprenticeship and part-time degree program in leading hotel and event businesses, Executive Assistant and project management at McKinsey & Company, entrepreneurial culture at EMH Partners, a Munich-based growth investment firm, and as Senior Project Manager at Schörghuber Group, owned and managed by one of Germany´s most successful family dynasties.
In addition to her professional career, she has served many years as a member of the board of McKinsey for Children, leading more than 30 projects providing education to disadvantaged children across the globe.
Sarah has the strong ambition of continuous personal and professional development, creating a positive impact on the world around her, and actively and responsibly living a meaningful, joyous life. Thus, she is looking forward to the many opportunities that the DCI program offers to support and enrich this ambition. Sarah and her spouse Uwe live in Munich, finding relaxation and pleasure in nature, yoga, and hiking.
