Uwe StegemannUwe Stegemann is a former senior partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc., and an investor and entrepreneur. He has 35 years of experience in financial services, management consulting, business building, and social entrepreneurship.

For 30 years, Uwe has worked for McKinsey & Company, Inc. in its German, Boston/New York, and Singapore offices, serving companies in banking, insurance, asset management, logistics, retail, and pharma, as well as regulatory and supervisory institutions. Before McKinsey, he worked for banks in Germany, Luxemburg, and the US.

As one of its co-founders in 1993, Uwe has also served as the Chairman of the Board for McKinsey for Children, a charity supporting 15+ projects globally to provide children in dire circumstances with access to education.

He has studied economics, business administration, and finance at the Universities of Cologne/Germany, Ècole des Hautes Ètudes Commerciales (HEC) Paris/France, Pennsylvania State University/USA, and the National University of Singapore.

Uwe is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation. At DCI, he wants to discover new passions, connect with and create new networks, learn new skills, and contribute to exciting opportunities in FinTech and pharma, and to the vibrant DCI community.
