Sarah Hagemann is a passionate Senior Manager in Project Services at Schörghuber Group, a family-owned company, deeply rooted in tradition with success both in the national and international markets. Sarah is part of the corporate security department, responsible for security processes for the entrepreneur family and their four business divisions: “Construction & Real Estate,” “Beverages” (with eleven breweries such as Paulaner), “Hotels” (with shareholdings in hotels like St. Regis, The Luxury & Autograph Collection, Sheraton and Rosewood) and “Seafood” with sustainable farming and selling of Atlantic/Pacific salmon. Sarah acts as the first point of contact for employees, security service providers, and relevant authorities in crisis situations.
Prior to her time at Schörghuber Sarah acquired multi-facetted practical skills and experience: education in hotel and event businesses, professional environment at McKinsey & Company, dynamic entrepreneurial culture at EMH Partners, and at the same time a very purposeful social engagement at McKinsey for Children as board member.
In her free time Sarah enjoys nature, classical music, Yoga, food and wine tasting.
