With over three decades of business leadership experience, Sarabjit (Savi) Baveja has been fortunate to serve in diverse executive roles that have shaped his perspective on innovation and business transformation. Most recently, he led HP Inc’s 3D Printing business as Chief Incubation Officer and President, focusing on a portfolio of emerging businesses.
Previously, Savi founded Trooly Inc, a startup developing trust mechanisms for the sharing economy, which was successfully acquired by AirBnB. Before his entrepreneurial journey, he spent many years as a Senior Partner and Board Member at Bain & Company, where he advised leading technology companies on strategic initiatives. Savi holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) and a BS in Electrical Engineering (Terman Scholar).
Savi and his family are longtime residents of San Francisco. His wife, Chetna, is an amazing dentist and interior designer. Their two children are both at college. His two dogs are a handful, but fortunately are both very cute. Beyond professional pursuits, Savi finds joy in reading, hiking trails around the Bay Area, and cultivating interests in fountain pen collecting and calligraphy. He is also an amateur wine enthusiast, and looks forward to sharing a glass with his DCI colleagues.
