Jeff Meyer has been a leader of software product management and software development at companies both large and small. Most recently, he was the VP of Business Applications at New Relic, and prior to that, the Chief Product Officer at The Teaching Channel, a Gates Foundation- backed educational technology nonprofit. He has also helped found and run venture-based companies and earlier worked at Microsoft.
Before his time in software, Jeff served as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force, including assignments in Europe and Washington, DC.
He is currently pursuing a digital humanities and education project related to creating an online time machine, a sort of Google Maps with a time slider.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
