Carol Schrader has over 30 years of experience in the software industry as a serial entrepreneur and executive, board member, advisor and angel investor. Carol is currently a member of Astia Angels, a global network that provides expertise and funding to women-led ventures. Carol’s career as an executive spans multiple Silicon Valley-based software startups where she participated as a co-founder and CMO leading all aspects of corporate, product and industry marketing initiatives for both pre-IPO and public companies, notably Agile Software (acquired by Oracle) and Documentum (acquired by EMC). Carol currently sits on the board of directors for Mi Padrino, an Astia portfolio company and also Equitable Food Initiative, a nonprofit partnering with retailers and growers to transform the food supply chain.
