Most recently Veronica Rogers was Senior Vice President, Head of Global Sales and Business Operations for PlayStation, Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). In this role, she was responsible for a $25bn+ P&L. Veronica led PlayStation’s go-to-market organization globally with sales teams in over 42 countries. She was also responsible for a 45M+ subscriber services platform and digital store on console, mobile and PC.
Prior to PlayStation, Veronica was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Device Partner Sales at Microsoft. Her responsibilities included delivering multi-billion dollar revenue targets for Microsoft’s top multinational accounts through strategic partnerships, sales, and product innovation. She held multiple leadership roles in almost 15 years with Microsoft across product, business development and sales. Before joining Microsoft, Veronica held key positions at Dell Technologies, Trilogy Software, and started her career at JP Morgan as a financial analyst for mergers and acquisitions.
Since 2021 Veronica has been an Independent Director on the board of NYSE: MCW, and chairs its Compensation Committee.
Veronica holds a BA and MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science. She is originally from Poland and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. In her free time Veronica loves being outdoors. She is a committed hiker and loves to explore California’s coastal hiking trails.
