Sean Wheeler has had an extensive career as a banker and management consultant, including most recently as a senior partner at Kearney, and managing partner for his firm’s Turkey and Black Sea region. He has spent more than 26 years living abroad in London, Dubai and Istanbul, working closely with a variety of international clients leading strategy, growth and restructuring assignments. He has also proudly led his firm’s regional social impact pro bono work, assisting charities, non-profits and schools to sponsor fundraising initiatives, business incubation and new business development efforts. Sean is a passionate Ashoka Support Network member, and contributes his time to various educational and charitable organizations in several countries.
Sean grew up in Connecticut, and attended Loomis Chaffee and Babson College where he graduated with a BS double major in Economics and Finance. He earned his MBA from Boston University’s London Graduate Centre.
