Britta Bomhard spent over 25 years in consumer industries, including significant P&L US and International experience. Her areas of expertise are M&A, Digital Transformation and Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). As former Executive Vice President at Church & Dwight (Arm & Hammer/S&P 500 company) she was responsible for the $4 billion US consumer division and executed eight acquisitions including two Direct to Consumer businesses, and drove a Digital Transformation with a digital advertising budget over $150 million. She is a board member at Primo Waters (Russell 3000 company) and serves on their audit, and ESG & Governance committee. She has led the commercial organizations of Church & Dwight and Energizer as well as the marketing teams at Wella AG and Glaxo SmithKline. Britta has lived and worked in the USA, United Kingdom, France, Spain/Portugal (during the financial crisis 2009-2013), the Nordics, Austria and Germany; she speaks English, Spanish, French and German.
Sheis the co-founder of Encourage-Ventures, an eco-system for more gender equality in the startup world, supporting more than 700 startups. Britta is the US chapter lead for GenerationCEO – a business network for executive women, a Stanford Seed consultant, an advisor to the Global Women Career Lab, the coaching company Corporate Edge and the Mehta Family Foundation. She is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation.
Britta’s interests are climate change and how companies can make a difference for a more sustainable and equitable future. She loves to build community and enjoys the company of friends and family as well as traveling.
