Rick Woolworth is the founder and President of Telemachus, a non-profit whose mission is to mentor emerging leaders from around the country through inter-generational friendships. He previously spent 35 years on Wall Street in investment management and investment banking with the majority of his career at Morgan Stanley. His responsibilities included managing many of the firm’s largest institutional clients and serving in various management positions.

Rick attended Dartmouth and Stanford Graduate School of Business. He headed the leadership group that founded Trinity Church in Greenwich, Connecticut. Rick serves on the Board of the Lux Forum and previously was a Trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation and Groton School.

Rick has been married for 40 years to Jill Woolworth, who is also participating in the DCI program. Jill is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a graduate of Stanford, Dartmouth and Fairfield University. Jill and Rick live in Greenwich, CT and are proud parents of three adult daughters and grateful to have two grandchildren.
