Abhijit Patwardhan is a senior technology executive and a silver haired entrepreneur.
He founded a 3D printing startup in 2013 that has piloted various 3D printing projects in different industries and launched an online business that offers bespoke 3D printed items. Prior to that he was General Manager for Asia Pacific for Lexmark Printers and Category Director for printers and consumables in HP Asia Pacific. Consequently he has deep domain knowledge (companies, partners, business models) of printers and printing services in Asia Pacific. He also has both B2C and B2B experience. He has spent half his career in tech and the other half in fast –moving consumer goods (FMCG).
His passion for dogs and the nagging feeling that dog owners are shortchanged led him to launch Singapore’s largest organized pet services directory called Singapaws. He is also a certified dog trainer.
When not enjoying nautical pursuits; he is pounding a little black ball on a squash court in a futile attempt to keep fit.
Abhijit holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Pune and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
He is a Trustee for an NGO called Waterways Watch Society that promotes stewardship of water resources in Singapore.
