Priss Benbow has over a quarter century of experience in public relations crafting stories that persuade people to act. As president of her firm, Benbow International PR, she develops and executes public relations strategies and directs media campaigns to raise the visibility and credibility of CEOs, organizations, and issues.
During her career, Priss has worked with journalists in 17 countries and her clients have had articles published in or aired on the world’s most recognized media. Before founding her firm, she worked in The White House press office where she served as a liaison to the White House press corps, and as a consultant at Bain & Company.
While at DCI, she secured media coverage of the global refugee crisis and, subsequently, the issues of homelessness and mental health. Based on this work, she recently authored an ethical marketing policy for social impact organizations.
Priss is an alumna of The Hockaday School and earned an MA at the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California. She is a past Instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies, where she taught classes in public relations.
