She had a pioneering Knowledge Management (KM) role at international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer being appointed the first KM lawyer for the global finance practice and later developing the KM function across the firm’s international offices. She was involved in reshaping the firm’s strategic approach to KM and, as head of global markets, marketing and business development, worked on the firm’s relationship program with leading law firms around the world.
