Bob Broussard has over 30 years of experience in the media industry. For more than 13 years, Bob led the distribution team of AMC Networks (AMCN), the division responsible for the licensing and marketing of AMCN’s potent portfolio of linear television and streaming networks. AMCN’s networks include AMC, BBC America, SundanceTV, Acorn and Shudder. AMCN has created some of the most iconic, award-winning shows on television such as “Mad Men”, “Breaking Bad”, “Better Call Saul”, “Killing Eve” and “The Walking Dead”.

As a member of AMCN’s senior management team, Bob has had the privilege of working closely with industry leaders – from AMCN as well as from other major media companies, including, Comcast, Charter Communications, AT&T, Dish Network and Bell Canada. He has successfully managed a team of highly skilled professionals that are responsible for maintaining these critical relationships with AMCN’s distribution partners. Earlier in his career (at a time when AMCN owned a number of regional sports networks), Bob led numerous negotiations for television rights to professional sports teams.

Prior to joining AMCN in 1989, he was a corporate associate at the law firm of Paul Weiss, specializing in mergers, acquisitions and corporate financings.

Bob has an Economics degree from Queens College of the City University of New York and a law degree from the New York University School of Law.

Bob resides in Centre Island, New York with his wife, Sydney, and has two adult sons.
