Nick Kozlak is an entrepreneur passionate about translating ideas and visions into action. He has spent the past 30 years leveraging his experience in finance, technology and strategy to create and drive businesses that make an impact.
Nick has been involved in a number of early stage companies and has created several strategic partnerships including a significant joint venture involving Fannie Mae and the Boeing Employee Credit Union that led to the creation of Prime Alliance, a technology company that was used by over 1,000 of the nation’s credit unions. In addition, as Co-CEO of Prime Alliance Services Company, Nick established partnerships that supplied the ancillary services required to originate a mortgage online.
Nick has been actively engaged with volunteerism his entire life, particularly related to local social service organizations. In 2010 he co-founded with his son “Time Well Spent,” a non-profit organization which serves the homeless. Nick also worked with “Project for Pride In Living,” which helps the homeless with education and housing, allowing a transition to independence.
As a founder, board member, investor, executive, or mentor, Nick has enabled successful ventures and helped others to succeed.
Nick and his wife Jodee have two adult children and live in North Lake Tahoe, California.
