Jodee Kozlak is a transformational leader with deep expertise in business strategy, workforce management, organizational development and leadership. She founded Kozlak Capital Partners in 2017 to work with CEOs and Senior teams on their most pressing strategic issues, and for private investing. She is an Advisor to many public and private companies and serves on the boards of C.H. Robinson Worldwide (NASDAQ), MGIC (NYSE), and Aspen Dental.
Jodee worked with Alibaba Group from February 2016 to November 2017 as its Global SVP of HR to help set the direction for rapid expansion outside of China through organic and M&A growth. She was a senior advisor to the Offices of CEO and Chairman.
Previously, Jodee was a C-Suite leader of Target Corporation. As EVP and CHRO from 2004 – 2016, she worked closely with the Board and CEO to improve operations, transform digital acumen, and comprehensively set the global workforce strategy for over 350,000 team-members during an era of profitable growth and strong team engagement. She also held roles as GC for both International Business and Labor and Employment, and was Trustee of the Target Foundation. Before Target Jodee was a law partner at Greene Espel, PLLP, and started her career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Jodee is an active community volunteer and has served on several non-profit boards. She is currently an advisory board member to the Stanford Center on Longevity and a Trustee for the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul Minnesota.
