Randi is currently a partner emeritus of and served as General Counsel and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at A.T. Kearney, having served as Deputy General Counsel and a Partner at McKinsey & Company for 20 years before joining A.T. Kearney.
Randi has a 30+ year track record managing legal and professional risks globally, particularly in the professional service firm arena. Her expertise includes corporate board governance best practices and fiduciary duties under US and UK law, corporate and contract law, litigation management, employment and labor law, global risk and security management (including program and policy development and implementation, coordinating crisis response, and professional and reputation risk management.) She believes that the legal function is a source of competitive advantage by helping her internal clients make better informed risk decisions about business matters.
Randi is a graduate of New York University School of Law and Amherst College, where she majored in Economics.
She is married to Bill Meehan, a lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has two adult children. Randi and Bill split their time between Palo Alto and New York City.
Randi retired on June 30 and is looking forward to/enjoying/enjoyed her first summer off since she was a teenager, and to spending next year at DCI.
