Rebecca Taylor, MBA

Associate Director

Rebecca Taylor joined the Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute in 2021. As Associate Director, she oversees program development and evaluation, advises DCI Fellows on Stanford curricula and programs, and manages connections with Faculty Mentors and Purpose Pathway Liaisons.

Becca has worked in higher education administration for nearly two decades, with positions in student services, case management, alumni & donor relations, and organizational development.
Prior to DCI, she spent five years at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and looks forward to nourishing DCI’s strong partnerships across the campus.

Becca holds a BA in Spanish from Davidson College, an MS in Higher Education from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. She also holds certifications in custom framing and neuromuscular therapy from prior lives, is an avid yarn artist through crochet and knitting, and is a globally ranked speed puzzler whose team won the 2024 jigsaw puzzling U.S. national championship.
