Tarun Jotwani has over 30 years of experience in global financial markets, including both regional and global leadership responsibilities, in a career spanning three continents. He is currently a founding partner at Naviter Capital, a London-based investment firm focused on providing capital solutions to emerging financial companies worldwide. Before Naviter, Tarun spent 27 years in banking at Morgan Stanley, Lehman Bros and Nomura Securities. Through his career, he has lived and worked in New York, Tokyo, London and Mumbai. Tarun has served regionally as CEO for Nomura, Europe and Lehman, India; divisionally as Global Head for Markets (both Fixed Income and Equities) at Nomura, and as Head of Fixed Income, Asia-Pac and Europe at Lehman. He has served on the board of Nomura Securities, as well as on the board of Washington-based Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA). Tarun attended Delhi University, India and has an MBA from Pace University, New York.

Tarun has a long-standing interest in collaboration for social and economic change at the bottom of the socio-economic pyramid. For over 10 years, he has been associated with the Mumbai-based strategic philanthropy Dasra, as Advisor and Chairman of the UK Board, and previously as Chairman of the Global Council. Tarun also currently serves as an Ambassador for the Mumbai-based Magic Bus, which through sport development, focuses on improved outcomes for slum children across India.

Tarun is currently on the board of a Manchester-based chemical company, Vita, which has plants and businesses across Europe.

Tarun and his wife Anne have two children attending college in Southern California.
