Kelly Kramer has had a successful career in information technology for over 30 years. Starting as an IT leader in major law firms, the majority of her career has been at the global consulting firm McKinsey and Company, where she advanced to Director in Technology and Digital Services Leadership and Excellence. As a catalyst leader, her vast experience includes technology strategy and solution implementations, digital transformations, global wireless connectivity, and driving innovation through automation. Early in her career Kelly was often the only woman in the room and has been dedicated toward reducing the gender and diversity gap in technology by supporting and mentoring others into leadership and expert roles.

Kelly is also a licensed Resource Parent in San Mateo County, California, a role she has relished and been committed to except for brief periods when she lived and worked in Costa Rica and New York. As a child advocate, she has provided emergency care for children suddenly brought into protective custody, working with county agencies and the family court system. She has extensive knowledge and experience in childhood trauma, attachment disorders and medically fragile infants.

Kelly resides on the California coast and is on the Board of Directors for CoastPride which addresses the needs of LGBTQ youth, families and adults. She lives with her Covid companion, Brody, a rescued five-year-old German Shephard and is a Hot26 yoga enthusiast and enjoys biking and hiking the coastal trails.
