DCI 2025 Fellow, Elane StockElane Stock often describes her career path as that of a drunken sailor, stumbling into whatever door provided a warm fire, enjoyable company, and a cold beverage.

Elane’s most recent operating role was as CEO of ServiceMaster Brands, a residential and commercial services provider and franchisor, including ServiceMaster Restore, ServiceMaster Clean, Merry Maids, and Two Men & A Truck. Prior to ServiceMaster, she held various roles for Kimberly-Clark, including Group President – Kimberly-Clark International, with responsibility for all consumer brands outside of North America, Global President – Kimberly-Clark Professional, and Chief Strategy Officer. Earlier in her career she was a partner at McKinsey & Company in Atlanta, GA and Dublin, Ireland, where she was the Managing Director. She has also worked with Georgia-Pacific and the American Cancer Society.

She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for Reckitt, a FTSE 20 global consumer products company with leading brands including Lysol, Durex, Dettol, Enfamil, and Mucinex, and as an Independent Director for FEMSA, the largest Coca-Cola bottler by volume and owner of 30,000 retail stores across Latin America. Previously, she served as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of YUM! Brands and Equifax where she chaired the Special Committee investigating the 2017 cyber-security breach.

Elane grew up as part of an Illinois farm family. She has a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA from The Wharton School. She lives in Atlanta with her husband (Andy), two hound dogs, and occasional visits from three grown children.
