Glenn Osaka is an experienced Silicon Valley high technology executive. He has over 35 years’ experience with organizations from the “seed” stage to Fortune 50 global operations. His senior executive roles have included positions at Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, and as President and CEO of Reactivity, Inc. a technology startup acquired by Cisco. He now focuses on strategy, innovation, and customer experience with companies and university researchers around the world. He is currently working on projects focused on data management and the use of machine learning in a variety of applications.

Glenn is committed to leadership development in the Asian American community. He is a board member for the Asian Pacific American Leadership Institute in the Santa Clara Valley focused on building a pipeline of Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Latino leaders in public service. He is a member of Ascend, focused on leadership development for Asian Americans in business. Glenn also serves as Chair of the board of Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI), a federally qualified health center. In the arts, he was past chairman and a board member of the Center for Asian American Media and now serves as a trustee for the Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga, California.

Glenn holds a BA and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds a FAA private pilot certificate and is an active Bay Area aviator.
