Anne Holloway has been a director of American States Water Company since 1998. She is currently chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and serves on the Compensation Committee. She brings valuable expertise to the board in the areas of finance, strategic planning and corporate restructuring, obtained through her experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to her board work, she served as President of Resolution Credit Services Company, a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation where she was responsible for, among other areas, the successful resolution of financial guarantees on troubled tax-exempt bonds and debt restructuring. She also was a Partner at Navigant Consulting, providing financial and strategic consulting services. In her early career days, she was based in Boston with Shawmut National Bank working in commercial lending and economic development.

Anne holds a BA degree from Newton College of the Sacred Heart and an MBA from Boston University. She attended Harvard Business School Executive Management Program.

Anne is actively involved in volunteer activities; including the Michael J. Fox Foundation, Good Tidings, an organization that builds and funds sports and arts facilities for youth in Northern California and City Year San Jose as co-chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. And, she is a member of the Women Corporate Directors of San Francisco. She just completed her volunteer work at Sacred Heart Schools Atherton, including her time as chair of the Board of Trustees of Sacred Heart Schools Atherton from 2008 to 2012.
