Susan Johnson had a professional career that encompassed management positions in the travel, mining and publishing industries for Princess Hotels, Virgin Island Resorts, AMAX (now part of Freeport McMoran) and Houghton Mifflin Publishing. Her work included managing corporate office buildings, truck and car fleets, office services and corporate real estate holdings. She is retired from the professional world but currently manages personal property investments. She chose to be a stay-at-home mother, and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of raising her children to become responsible and caring adults. During this period, she sold residential real estate and was involved in various volunteer activities as well as on the Board of North Suburban Crew in Lake Forest, IL. while her daughter was on the varsity rowing team.
Susan holds a BS degree in Business Education from Good Counsel College, in White Plains, NY.
