IrvinMac Irvin has served as an executive and influential participant in two heavily regulated and capital intensive industries during times of enormous change: rail transportation following the Staggers Act deregulation, and more recently the deregulation of electric generation and widespread adoption of renewable energy. Mac is a Principal at Senior Management Advisory, and has most recently served as Senior Vice President and leader of the Hannon Armstrong (NASDAQ:HASI) office in San Francisco, CA. Mac was CFO at Sungevity, a venture-backed residential solar sales and leasing company, where he raised corporate equity, project equity and debt, and led the accounting, procurement and contract administration teams. Prior to joining Sungevity, Mac served as Managing Director of Structured Finance and Business Development at SunPower (NASDAQ:SPWR), where he was responsible for funding the company’s residential, commercial and utility scale projects. Prior to Sunpower, Mac served as CFO for BPL Global, as Managing Director with GATX Capital (NYSE:GMT), and as Regional General Manager with RailTex, Inc. (NASDAQ:RTEX), a three-time Inc. 500 company. Mac is a director of the Flohr Family Foundation and President of Spoke Hollow Ranch, Inc. Mac holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, and a MBA from the University of Texas, Austin.
